Wow, what a movie. There is so much going on and I will probably tell just the most naive and stupid things.

I really liked how Marlin takes on a journey that not only leads him back to his son but fundamentally changes him as a person. In this sense, the destination (finding Nemo) is as important as the journey itself which helps Marlin become a better father and avoid his past mistakes.

To be honest I laughed so hard when I saw the scene of the new scanner being applied to the acquariam to clean it. I know it's too stretched as a metaphor but I could not help but think about surveillance capitalism: new technology implemented while the gang was sleeping leads their plan A to failure. What can I say if not: "CURSE YOU, ACQUA SCUM!"

How beautiful then the "SWIM DOWN!" scene. I saw on it again a metaphor: external conditions (he fishnet) tend to divide us to manipulate us (divide et impera), but if we come together and we "swim down" together, we can overcome every difficulty.
